Post-Mastectomy & Lumpectomy Garments, Pocketed Bras, & Breast Prostheses Judy's Intimate Apparel carries a wide variety of items for our mastectomy and lumpectomy clients that are covered in part or in full by health insurance. Please note that appointments are required for all medical fittings. This includes post-surgical garments, pocketed bra fittings, and breast prosthesis fittings. We are a preferred provider with most insurance companies in Washington State for post- mastectomy and lumpectomy items. Using a contracted provider like Judy's Intimate Apparel, reduces and sometimes eliminates your out of pocket expense! Judy’s is an accredited Medicare facility. In most cases, we bill Medicare directly for basic bras and breast prostheses. Judy’s is also a provider for Washington State Apple Health programs also known as DSHS/Provider One/Medicaid. We are contracted with most Medicare HMO programs in Washington State including Kaiser, Humana, Aetna, AARP, Premera, Regence, and more! This means we bill your insurance for covered charges and you get your best benefit possible.
